冻干粉加工（猕猴桃冻干粉冻干加工方法）
猕猴桃酸甜可口，营养丰富，含有猕猴桃碱、蛋白水解酶、单宁果胶和糖类等有机物，以及钙、钾、硒、锌、锗等微量元素和人体所需17种氨基酸外，还含有丰富的维生素C、葡萄酸、果糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、脂肪。猕猴桃具有稳定情绪、降胆固醇、帮助消化、预防便秘，还有止渴利尿和保护心脏的作用。
猕猴桃季节性强，保质期短，上海田枫冻干机工厂通过冻干工艺，把猕猴桃制作冻干粉，保存原有的营养成分，可常温密封长期保存，而且食用方便。
选用上海田枫TF-FZG-20冻干机，把清洗切片处理好的弥核桃打浆破壁，浆液装盘后直接进入冻干机，设备前期-50℃预冻工作阶段，预冻使物料中心温度达到-45℃左右
预冻结束马上进入一次干燥阶段，一次干燥干燥温度控制在-40~10℃区间，真空度控制在10~30pa,一次干燥结束后进行解析干燥，解析干燥温度和真空值通过上海田枫TF-FZG-20冻干机设定控制，干燥后物料含水量在3%以内，颜色和营养成分基本不变，最后密封保存。
