整个句式是一个习惯表达法，用以表示遗憾地必须地不得不地说出不好的事情，这个用法超重要，一定要会有。（注意这里的the 不可以换为a）
have to，表示客观上不得不，必须；而主观上并非愿意。注意，must,强调主观上“必须”如：
It’s a pity that we have to leave now.我们现在必须离开了，真是遗憾。
We must cut down the expenses.我们必须削减开支。
